MSB {17}: Christmas Repeat

Last week for Christmas I wanted to get a family picture next to the nativity at church.  But it didn’t happen.  We got one of just the kids, but David was preparing for his lectorly duties, and so the full family pic never happened.

Here are the kids on Christmas Day:

We decided to wear the same clothes this week and try again. It’s still Christmas, after all.

Ta-da!  Here we are in our Christmas Season Best.  This was before Mass.  After Mass we would have been much more disheveled, and I would have been super sweaty from all the wrestling.

(I am wearing a NEW DRESS!  It’s Lularoe.  There will have to be a whole separate post on my love for all things Lularoe, so stay tuned.)

In the mean time, Merry Christmas!  Happy New Year!  Happy feast of Mary, the mother of God!  For more of My Sunday Best, visit Rosie.

(We’re out and about today, so if you’re looking for something more substantial to read, check out the Best of Sweeping 2016 post or read about our Yellowstone Make-A-Wish adventure.)

    1. I loved the idea of a repeat, wearing the exact same clothes!! I need to file that one away…

    2. Love, love, love the green bolero over the blue LLR dress! Such beautiful jewel colors that complement each other so well.

I noticed your dress! Very cute! Does Lularoe have much for nursing friendly stuff? Aren’t Christmas pictures at church just the most fun? Even our best one seems to always end up being a photo that is eligible for awkward family photos dot com. 🙂

The dresses are not really nursing friendly. But they do have shirts/skirts.

I tell myself that we’ll appreciate the awful pictures more than the perfectly posed ones in another ten years. And not just because we can sell them to awkward family photos dot com.
